I cried out and knew that I’d lose my balance when the orgasm hit. Along with my legs, my belly began to quiver. The pleasure intensified. The orgasm drove through me like a hard wave. Darion caught me as I fell forward. He quickly undid my bra and sucked briefly on both my nipples. He undid his jeans and pulled them down roughly to free his erection. I gasped when I saw the length and thickness of him. I wondered if he’d fit, but didn’t have time to linger on the thought before he was pulling my leg over his waist and slowly pushing into me.
He filled me up completely. After he was in, he paused so that I could get used to his size. His eyes were burning into mine and he gripped my waist tight as it was clear he was fighting to restrain himself. I slowly lifted off of him then sank back down. Pleasure sluiced through me. He had reached some deep part of me. Something that sent delightful sensations coursing through me.
I leaned forward and moaned in his ear, “You feel amazing Darion.” He said something harsh, which sounded like a curse. He lifted my hips a fraction so that he could thrust into me more easily. I felt the pleasure fill my body, to my fingers and toes. All I could do was hold onto his shoulders. I knew that my next orgasm would be intense. My entire body was taut and straining. I felt Darion’s muscles all bunched up under my palms. He hissed out a breath and then smacked me hard on my bottom with both hands. After that I shot off into a dizzying orgasm that seemed to last forever.
I wasn’t aware of what happened while in climax. When I came back to the present I felt warm spurts on my belly and saw that Darion had just found his own release. He shuddered under me and I watched as his gaze became less fiery and more relaxed. His breathing slowed and he leaned forward to pepper kisses along my neck.
“You’re beautiful,” he murmured. I couldn’t even speak. All I could do was give him a weak smile. I felt like taffy and all I wanted to do was curl up and sleep. I’d never had such a soul-shaking orgasm before.
Chapter 6
I WOKE UP NEXT TO DARION in his bed. I was unsure how I’d gotten there as I must’ve fallen asleep pretty soon after what happened on the couch. Darion wasn’t next to me though. I glanced around for a clock and found one on the bedside table. It was ten in the morning. I sat up and felt the soreness deep in my belly from the night before. It wasn’t too bad though. I was able to get up. I didn’t look for Darion. I just went straight to the bathroom. What if he’d gone out? What if he was hanging out with Moody and Tars?
Doubt started creeping into my chest and I wondered if I shouldn’t have gone that far with him. It was starting to sink in that I’d just put my job on the line so I could have sex with Darion. If it somehow got out to Shelly, that was it for me. She would fire me for unprofessional conduct. They looked down on staff from the consulate having relations with foreign dignitaries and leaders. We were supposed to be professional and sterile. Ours was a simple diplomatic, service, not a sexual one! I groaned and rubbed my face. Yeah clearly all that had gone out the window for me.
Darion knocked on the door and then stuck his head inside the bathroom, causing me to jump, startled. His eyes ran down the length of me and back, an appreciative smile on his face.
“Rea,” he said.
“Hey...” I said and plastered a smile on my face.
“Are you alright?” he asked slowly.
“Yeah I’m fine. I’m just...not a morning person,” I lied.
“Well, there is some coffee and breakfast here if you’d like,” he offered.
“That sounds great, yeah,” I nodded.
“Would you like your clothes?” he asked. I nodded again. He got them for me, of course minus my torn panties. I took a quick shower and got dressed, then joined him out in the kitchen. There was a small breakfast bar with two covered platters set up.
“Last night was remarkable,” Darion said when I sat next to him.
I glanced at him with a small smile. “I’m kind of embarrassed I didn’t last longer,” I told him truthfully.
“Don’t be. To be honest I don’t think I would have kept up after that. I’d never...had such an intense release before,” he said, his eyes glued to mine intently.
“Really?” I smiled and he nodded.
“Yes really,” he leaned over and kissed me soft on the lips.
“Well then I don’t feel so bad,” I grinned. I reached for the coffee pot and poured myself some.
“I woke with a craving,” he said. “But by the time I came back to you, you were awake,” he said. I put my coffee cup back down and looked at him. A small smirk on my lips.
“What sort of craving?” I asked. He smirked and then stood up from his chair. A second later he picked me up out of mine and sat me down on the kitchen counter. My breathing was already picked up as I guessed at what he’d do next. He nibbled on my neck, then bit on the sensitive skin and held it gently between his teeth as he pulled down my tights. He slid them all the way down to my ankles. Then he bent and put his head between my legs. I leaned back while resting my legs on his shoulders.
I braced myself on the counter, when his lips closed over my cleft I arched my back so that he’d have more of me. He ran his tongue over my clit and then circled around it. Then he spread my folds and flicked at the sensitive nub with his tongue. I cried out and my hips jacked towards him, I cried out again as hot gushes of pleasure rushed through me. Soon I ground against his mouth as my body grew taut. The orgasm came and twisted through me. My arms felt like heated rubber, as did my legs. It took me several deep breaths before I calmed down. Darion grinned at me and kissed my inner thigh. Then he ducked out from between my legs. He kissed me on the lips and then helped me off the counter and get dressed again.
“I don’t think I need breakfast, I could live from you alone,” he murmured. Still speechless, all I could do was smile shyly and shuffle back to the food that was set out.
“I think you’re dangerous Darion,” I mumbled after a bit of silence where we paused to eat. He quirked a brow at me.
“Dangerous how?” he asked. The corner of his mouth lifted a fraction and his smirk was almost sinister.
“Like...you’re really good at sex,” I chuckled.
“I can’t imagine someone like you to be inexperienced. So, I try to leave a mark,” he said with a sly smile. I could still feel his teeth biting my neck.
“I am inexperienced, though. Relatively,” I admitted. Darion nearly dropped his fork.
“No...?” he said and he had the cutest confused expression on his face.
“Well I had a long-time boyfriend when I was younger. Before I came to Mars. We broke up a long time before I came here. Then since I got here I’ve only been on a few dates, and only one that’s ever led to something more than dinner.”
He continued to stare at me as if he were mystified. “I would have never expected that. You’re so beautiful,” he said as a matter of fact.
“Thank you,” I said and glanced down at my plate. I didn’t want to fall even deeper under his spell. I’d done a potentially job-threatening thing with him the night before and just then on the kitchen counter. I had to stop it before I got found out ended up without a job.
I let out a small sigh and then went back to finishing my food. I wasn’t entirely sure how I’d handle things moving forward. Maybe I could just wean off of him.
“Does your family have a say in who you have relations with? As some prominent families do throughout the galaxy?” he asked.
“They did when I lived on Earth. Me being the only girl and my father being incredibly old-fashioned. No matter how far into the future we are, there are just some ideals that are down to the DNA. He wanted me to date only guys who had notable families or considerable bank accounts,” I said. My father’s views had only strengthened after my mother passed.
“Would your father approve of you being with someone from another world?” he asked curiously.
“I’m not sure...probably not,” I shrugged. “Why are you so curious anyway?” I asked.
“It is just so interesting to me. I had no idea of your background,” he said.
“You thought I was just a regular working class woman, a civil servant,” I said. I sat back in my seat. Darion didn’t say anything, he just watched me with a considering expression. “Because I am...and I like being this better than the porcelain doll I was back home.”
“You do not wish to be possessed...?” he asked, curious. His eyes had darkened a bit as he watched me. I felt the almost familiar magnetism stretch between us.
“Possessed?” I asked.
“By a man, someone who is right for you and will care for you,” he explained.
“Well...of course I like the idea of being married someday, but I like my independence,” I said.
“Many men will try then,” he said, a smile spreading across his lips. I laughed.
“Exactly...many men will try,” I smirked. Though he smiled, his gaze intensified until I forced myself to look away. I felt as if there was something more to Darion below the surface. There was so much I didn’t know about him. But at least he wasn’t dangerous. I could be sure of that by now at least...right?
Chapter 7
AFTER WE HAD BREAKFAST I left Darion’s suite, before I gave in to temptation again. I went straight to Mia’s place.
“Well, hello there stranger,” she said as she opened the door. Mia was a five-foot-one dark haired fairy. I always told her that, with her big blue eyes, flawless skin, and pixie like features. She could be Tinker Bell’s Italian cousin.
“Hey, it has been a while,” I said. I gave her a tight hug.
“So? What happened, was he good?” she asked. I stepped inside and led her into the living room. We both plopped on the couch.
“He was amazing,” I said. My tone was a little sad though.
“That shouldn’t be depressing,” Mia chuckled.
“I shouldn’t be having sex with him!” I exclaimed
“Okay, wow. Calm down,” she said. She took my hand in both of hers. “Rea it’s been a while since you had sex. Just enjoy the experience. Don’t feel all guilty about it and mess it up,” she said.
“I know it’s been a while. But I just feel like it shouldn’t be Darion that I’m having sex with. I could get into a lot of trouble with work. I could lose my job. Sherry will call me a whore,” I said, knowing my boss. She would certainly tell me how she felt.
“You’re not a whore though. Sherry isn’t even here. At least let yourself ‘fling’ around with Darion while she’s gone,” Mia said. She patted my hand before letting it go. “It’s not like he’s going to tattle,” she added.
“It’s not him I’m worried about. Moody and Tars run their mouths and I’m not going to tell Darion to control his men,” I said.
“Well, if you’re having such conflicted feelings over this then wean off him,” she said with a shrug. “But just what are you giving up in the sack?” she asked.
“He has a huge penis and he certainly knew what to do with it,” I said.
Mia pressed her lips together and I could tell she was holding her tongue. Until she let go of the breath she was holding and said, “If you’re going to leave Darion alone at least let me set you up.”
“Mia...” I groaned.
“And we’re back to square one. This is why you’ve been in such a drought. You’re so picky when it comes to guys. More than the average woman,” she pestered.
“Okay, fine I’ll let you set me up. But there’s nothing wrong with preferring to get my own dates,” I said.
“Nothing wrong. Other than the fact that you usually choose someone you feel conflicted about and it’s this whole roller coaster with you,” she said. Mia did know me well. “Now tell me more about Moody and Tars. You never told me if they were cute,” she said.
“I know Moody is your type with the curly hair and blue eyes,” I said. Mia’s eyes immediately lit up. “But no, he’s as dude-bro as they come,” I warned.
She pursed her lips and then sighed. “You know I don’t mind dude-bros,” she said thoughtfully. “It’s fun to find the real man down under the boyish behavior.”
“Mia, I’m doing you a favor, trust me,” I chuckled. She shrugged and then her eyes glittered as a new thought crossed her mind.
“I just thought of the perfect guy to set you up with! His name is Gavin and he’s actually Radonian. You’ll love him, he’s so sweet and charming,” she got up to grab her phone from the fireplace mantle. My phone rang while she was texting and I glanced at it. Sherry was calling. There was a brief moment before I answered that my blood froze to ice in my veins.
“Hey Sherry, what’s up?” I answered.
“Thank goodness Rea. I need a huge favor. Can you run into my office and scan a couple of documents over to me? I’d forgotten to finish digitizing some stuff I got in writing from one of the Radonian offices. Honestly why can’t the entire galaxy go digital already? But anyway, I need them here with me ASAP,” she said. She sounded rushed and flustered. A huge wave of relief washed over me. A few documents was all she was calling me for.
“Oh, yeah sure I can do that for you. I’ll scan them over in like fifteen minutes tops,” I said.
“Thank you, you’re a lifesaver. So how’s it going with Chief Darion? I heard the generals he brought with him were really cutting it up,” she said.
“Oh yeah? They aren’t so bad. Just excited to be on vacation,” I said nervously.
“I’m surprised Darion hasn’t been partying along with them,” Sherry mused.
“Well he’s been sticking to the itinerary and wanting to see more of Mars than just the attractions Las Vegas Clone offers,” I said.
“Huh, well maybe we’ll get a glowing review for you treating him so welcomingly. That’ll definitely help in getting me out of Pod Nine,” she said. I rolled my eyes and started tapping my foot. I didn’t want to stay on the phone with Sherry too long.
“I’m gonna head over to the consulate now to scan that stuff for you. Let me know what I’m looking for okay?” I said. She promised to send me a text of exactly what she needed. Then we ended the call. I was grateful.
“Just like you, Gavin needs a little convincing for me to set him up. Are you leaving?” Mia asked.
“Yeah, I have to run into work to do something for Sherry,” I said while rolling my eyes.
“Oh, alright then. I’ll text you the details about meeting up with Gavin later, K?”
I nodded and then said my goodbyes before heading over to the consulate.
Chapter 8
AFTER DEALING WITH not just one thing at the consulate, but pretty much taking on duties Shelly was ignoring while in Pod One. I was going to head home, but then I got a call from Darion.
“Can I help you?” I answered, being a little cheeky for no reason.
“Why yes you may. I was hoping to speak to Rea, the Rea who woke in my bed this morning,” he said in a wry tone.
I bit my lip to try and staunch my smile, but of course that didn’t work. “Oh, I wasn’t sure. Okay here I am,” I said.
His chuckle sounded chocolatey across the phone. “I was hoping to see you again today. Perhaps we can go to the stage show you mentioned on the itinerary. Moody and Tars may attend, too. They need a break from their constant partying,” he said.
“Tonight huh?” I said, hesitating. My thighs clenched together at the thought of spending another night with him. But I was supposed to be weaning off.
“Yes. It would be a shame to waste a perfectly good night yet again with Moody and Tars alone. I need you to distract me from their idiocy,” said Darion. His tone was a bit gruff.
“Are you sure I’m the only one that can distract you?” I asked, partly teasing. Mostly I was again buying time to think about it.
“Rea...” he sighed, almost as if he knew I was having doubts.
“I’m having second thoughts about our being...romantic with each other Darion. I could jeopardize my job—I am jeopardizing my job,” I said.
r /> “Our business is our business Rea. I do not see your work being endangered because we have an attraction to one another,” he said, his tone all of a sudden sharp.
“It’s our acting on that attraction is what’s bothering me Darion,” I said, my anxiety evident in my voice.
“Just come out with me tonight,” he said, his tone softer. I took a deep breath and then focused on the road ahead of me. I’d just turned onto my block. The dark chrome and glass apartment building stretched up high towards the domed sky.
“Okay,” I said, giving in. “I’ll meet you at the hotel in a couple of hours.”
“I wonder if it would be alright to pick you up from your home?” he asked. However his tone was firm so it was less of a question and more of a statement.
“Why?” I asked. I’d just pulled into my building’s garage and switched from the car phone to my actual cell.
“I’d like to see where you live,” he said as a matter of fact.
“Alright, yeah you can pick me up. I’ll send your driver my address,” I told him. After that we ended the call. I took a deep breath as I waited for the elevator doors to open up. When I stepped inside I swiped my key card over the sensor. The doors closed and the high velocity ascent started up, but inside I felt nothing.
Thirty seconds later I stepped out onto my floor and hurried into my apartment to shower and find something to wear. After my shower I settled on a blush colored shift dress that ended at mid-thigh, and gold accessories, including my heels. I put my hair up into a high, straight, ponytail and was done getting ready by the time my buzzer sounded.
